Abstract Submission


  • Abstracts are invited for the free paper (oral/poster) sessions
  • Abstracts must be in the recommended format as follows:
    • Abstract should be type written as Microsoft word document in Times New Roman with 1.5 spacing.
    • Name of the presenting author should be in bold.
    • It should be structured as per following format.
      1. Presentation type (Oral/Poster): Mention the preferred mode of presentation
      2. Title: (Font Size 14, Bold, word limit - 20)
      3. Body: (Font Size 12, Maximum word limit – 350 excluding title)
        • Introduction
          Objectives
          Methods
          Results & Discussion
          Conclusions
  • Abstracts for case reports/series may be structured as Introduction, Case report/series and Conclusion with the same specifications as above.
  • Abstract should contain only text. Figures/tables/graph is not permitted. Do not add references.
  • All abstracts should be submitted either online or through email to Scientific secretary at cgmicrocon2018@gmail.com as an attached word document.

  • An acknowledgement email would be sent to confirm a successful abstract submission within 1-2 days.
  • Last date for Abstract Submission is 15th Aug 2018, till 12 midnight.
  • Abstract authors must register for the conference by 15th August, 2018
  • All submitted abstracts would be reviewed by the scientific committee for allocation as oral or poster presentation. The decision of the scientific committee is final.
  • The delegate would be notified of the mode of presentation and detailed presentation guidelines by 30th August, 2018.
