  • Participation is open to all individuals interested in Medical Microbiology & Allied Sciences.
  • Registration and payment of registration fees is mandatory for all participants (except invited delegates)
  • Registration fees includes access to all sessions, tea/coffee breaks (X3), lunch (X2), breakfast (X2), dinner (1 day) , registration kit and conference souvenir.
  • Registration does not include accommodation. Delegates should make their own arrangements for accommodation with local hotels

  • All registrations after 20th August 2018 will be considered as spot registrations.

  • PG students must bring certificate from their HOD’s seeking permission to attend the conference.


      • CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY :


      • For cancellation written request along with original "Acknowledgment Letter" should be sent to the Organizing Secretary before 20th Aug 2018.
      • Cancellations will not be considered after 20th Aug 2018.
      • Refund will be sent by cheque one month after the conference. An amount equivalent to 50% of the amount paid will be deducted as handling charges.

          1. Registration facility is available online as well as offline.
          2. For offline registration:
            1. Registration form can be downloaded from Click here
            2. The duly filled registration form along with the payment details (in case of bank transfer) or demand draft/cheque should be sent to the conference secretariat.
          3. For online registration:

            2. Online payment details (NEFT/RTGS) should be mentioned in the registration form.
            3. In case the payment is to be made via demand draft/cheque, kindly post the same to the conference secretariat.
          4. Delegate name, institute address and mobile number should be written on the reverse of demand drafts/cheques.
          5. Abstract authors must register for the conference by 15th August, 2018
          6. Confirmation of registration along with registration ID will be mailed after receiving the payment.
          7. Please produce your registration number/confirmation letter/payment receipt at the registration counter
